"Life after Lockdown" Freshers’ Fair in Hampton-in-Arden

Fancy a spot of tennis, boules or gardening? Did you know there are over 40 clubs, societies and groups in Hampton-in-Arden? Whether you’ve lived here all your life or are new to the area, come along to find a new hobby, find out about the village or make some new friends, a chance for you to come and see all the clubs, societies and businesses active in the village and hopefully get involved or be inspired to set up your own! 

 

We’ll have stands for all the main organisations in Hampton including the Parish Council, the George Fentham Trust, Hampton Parish Church, the Sports Club and the Hampton Society together with all the clubs and societies that make Hampton village life so vibrant. The Cinema Organ will be in action plus a display from the archive of the History Society.

Traditional 'May Day' Village Walk, to be led by Evan Grant and Jonathan Daines, starting from the Church Hall car park or the Fentham Hall car park at 4pm, and finishing at The White Lion. The walk will take around 2 hours and further details will be posted nearer the time.

Society AGM followed by a talk from Saqib Bhatti, Member of Parliament for the Meriden Constituency which includes Hampton-in-Arden. The meeting begins in the Fentham Hall at 7:30pm.

 

At the AGM, Victoria Woodall, Society Chair, will present her annual report.
